Effects on the mind

A euphoric-sedative oil indicated for overactive and panicky states of mind, inducing a sense of well-being and optimism, creating a padding between you and the external world. 

Clary Sage is a tonic for the womb. It balances the hormones and provides relief from menstrual cramps.

It is an excellent oil for childbirth, encouraging labour yet promoting relaxation.

Useful for those endeavouring to come off drugs. 

Clary Sage is invaluable for balancing the solar plexus. It can also balance an overactive 'third eye'.

Special Precautions

Do not use in early stages of pregnancy

Large doses should not be taken together with alcohol which may induce a narcotic effect

Blends Well With: Lavender, geranium, jasmine

Use: 2-3 drops in an oil diffuser or oil burner. 1 drop with 10mL of carrier oil for massage

Aroma: Sweetly herbaceous, floral and slightly fruity
