Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order. You will be provided with an order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has fulfilled and then shipped. This will include your order tracking information. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

10Cats Currently uses AusPost carrier calculated shipping rates for orders under the free shipping value. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Typical shipping times: Processing (2 days) + Shipping (2 - 8 days) 

Most Australian customers receive their orders within 7 days. 

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

10Cats Currently uses AusPost carrier calculated shipping rates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

10Cats currently ships to some selected countries.

Based upon the shipping service you select, typical shipping times are as follows:

Economy Air: Processing (2 days) + Shipping (20+ days) 

Standard: Processing (2 days) + Shipping (10 - 15 days)

Expresss:  Processing (2 days) + Shipping (7 - 10 days)

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Once you have received your order tracking information, if you haven’t received your order within 10 days (Australia) or 5 days beyond estimated shipping time (Rest of the World), please contact us at support@10Cats.com.au with your order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

10Cats are unable to ship some large parcels to PO Boxes. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@10Cats.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
