To Use: Attach the fabric side of the Mini Ink Blending Foam to tool base. Tap onto tool. Gently rub tool in circular motion or pounce. For multiple colors, apply light ink first. Use one piece of foam for each color or wash foams with soap and water to reuse. Use with Ranger Mini Ink Blending Tool.
