I bought two cutters one for my friend and one for myself.
Opened one and it doesn’t matter what I do I get half way down and I won’t cut straight
Like frayed. I have been a card maker for over 25 years and like to think I know what I am doing.
Any suggestions, I think I will open the other one and see
